The project has been developed with the aim of giving voice, tools and competences to the Albanian people, so that they could carry on a process of acquisition, valorization, promotion and diffusion of “their own images”. We have used the plural quite in virtue of a fundamental basic assumption, that is the awareness of a strong development process of the Land of the Eagles, and the consequent fervour of pluralistic themes and expression that are crossing the country. Promoting ‘the image of Albany’ means, on one hand, to promote this process of expansion and development trough a programme of professional tuition and the support to the use of its main promotional and popularizing channel, that is information; on the other hand it means to show off and promote the great historical and cultural patrimony that represents the “roots”, the memory, and the national identity of Albany.
